Email received stating I would receive a separate email with gift card and instructions for use. Never received. I have requested the card be sent two additional times and have emailed with no response. To say that am disappointed with the customer service is quite an understatement at this time. I am out of $100 that I paid for a gift card. My daughter, who has shopped this store in the past and loved it, will also be very disappointed on Christmas morning.
Gracie loved her gift card, she’s just waiting to spend it when she finds something she can’t live without :)
