I know Ohio is our northern neighbors, but it is nothing like home. People here are strange haint like creatures and sometimes it can be to much to bear. Wearing the shirts I got from you folks is slowly helping me cope with this northern nightmare. The Homesick for Harlan shirt, along with In the deep dark hills shirt bring a lot of glances and curious questions about our little slice of heaven. I even had a Kent State Anthropology student picking my brain on growing up in Coal Country and the Mine wars in Harlan County. I told him, he has to drive down there and experience it for himself and through out that fancy book learnin. Thank you guys so much for existing and making such prideful apparel.
