RETURN POLICY

If you aren't head over heels for your new shirt, let us know! Currently we can only process returns for online orders, no exchanges. Local Pickup orders do qualify for free in store returns/exchanges.

Local Returns/Exchanges

Local return or exchange in store at 412 Main Street, Cumberland, KY.

  • Full refunds will be provided up to 30 days after the original PURCHASE date for apparel only.
  • Items MUST be unworn/unwashed with tags still in place. Any clothing that is stained or scented (smoke, cologne, perfume, laundry detergent, etc) will not be refundable.
  • Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.
  • Refunds will not be placed until item has been received.

Online Returns

  • Full refunds will be provided up to 30 days after the original PURCHASE date for apparel only.
  • Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.
  • Items MUST BE unworn/unwashed with tags still in place. Any clothing that is stained or scented (smoke, cologne, perfume, laundry detergent, etc) will not be refundable.
  • Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges unless a defective product was received or a shipping error occurred.
  • Online exchanges are not currently accepted.
  • Returns from Facebook or Instagram, will receive refund for item MINUS return shipping costs. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE INFO

Please allow 5-­7 business days for processing on all returns. In the event of delay, we will notify you first thing. Please message us via Facebook or Instagram for quickest return info. You may also call the shop and leave a message.
 

Online refunds typically appear on your statement 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated. Store credit is issued immediately after processing the return and will be emailed directly to you. The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of each item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. Please inform us if your credit card information has changed since your original order.
